prices & payment

while there's a minimum price based on the style of the commission, it can vary based on the complexity of additional elements such as background, character poses, additional characters or animals, and other details you might want in your commission.don't worry, we will discuss and agree upon the price upfront before any payment is made, ensuring transparency throughout the process.the payment can be made via Paypal or Pix.

how commissioning me usually works

commission approval

  • you email me at [email protected]

  • if the order is accepted, you will receive a response to the email provided in the form within 48 hours informing the price of the commission and, if necessary, asking for a more detailed description of the art and references.

payment (+50%)

  • before starting work, you will need to make an advance payment of 50% of the total order value. As soon as I receive payment confirmation, I will begin the creation process.

commission production

  • you will receive update emails, feedback request emails, and approval request emails. They will usually have the title referring to the current phase (sketch, color palette, lineart, rendering or finalization) of the order.

  • update email example: “Sketch: Progress update | commission @mimenor.art”, these emails are just to inform the client of the current status of the commission (client response with feedback is preferable, but optional).

  • feedback request email example: “Color palette: I need feedback! // commission @mimenor.art”. This part is for you to give your opinion! Feedback requests are necessary to progress with the art and make sure it is the way you want it.

    I can ask open-ended questions (“Is there a specific color palette you want?”) or give options (“Here in the background, a red or orange would go well with the other colors we’ve already chosen. What do you think?”) .

    note: if 48 hours pass and I haven't received the feedback email, I can continue the order with what I think is best for the art (you can still request changes when you respond to the email with the feedback), work on another aspect of the art that does not require feedback or giving preference to art commissioned by another client.

delivery & payment (+50%)

  • approval request email example: “Are we done? :) || mi menor.” Here we can put those last effects and talk about values.

  • you approve the final result of the illustration and pay the remaining 50%.

  • if there is any unforeseen event, you will be notified by email.
